Neotel = A Joke, Don't waste your money, time or energy

This is just another empty promise from Neotel.
We have heard this promise about a bandwidth monitor since last year's signup.

Here is the threads where they promised it for June this year:

and guess what , we still are!!!!

Don't believe anything you read about a "first phase" BS.
If there were one it should have started already based on the threads above.
They are just talking BS to ensure more people sign up.

Once my contract expires I'm getting ADSL.

Neotel is useless and clueless. Spread the word.

The rep is always replying with some snotty/sarcastic remark which I quite frankly think he can shove. They are "stealing" our money and the only reason they are getting away with the crappy speeds and service is because they are unfortunately the cheapest option. But you get what you pay for and I will happily pay more for something that actually works with someone else.

They have send a tech guy out who came and tested my signal and told me that my speeds were fine...yes fine for Prime, but I'm paying for Dataflex, which is suppose to super fast! Then they tell you that the towers are congested, as if that's our problem!? We pay you Neotel, you sort it out.

My Neotel Dataflex is running at Prime speeds and I'm paying more for it, because I'm an idiot, or so they think.
Ten more months then I'm done...
 
I'm moving outside Neotel coverage In January. Knowing my luck, you can expect everything to be sorted as soon as I've left :D

The neotel website is going down every couple of minutes, maybe they're "trying" to implement something.

Here's crossing fingers.
 
I've been a bit slow in following up - rather busy lately.
I sent a query last night and got this reply today:

Hi

We are still on track with this. The team has notified me that we will be in a pilot phase toward the end of November and they will include you in this.
