I also got that all I did was disconnect and reconnect my internet. Paragon this is what is on the support page under the first few errors.
"QUESTION:Stuck on 'Connecting', 'Connecting to ArenaNet', or 'Unable To Connect - Guild Wars is unable to connect to the ArenaNet network.'
1. If you are using a firewall, make sure GW.EXE or GWSETUP.EXE is added to your firewall's exception list. If you are unsure of how to do this, please check the website of your firewall provider for instructions. If you have already allowed your firewall to run Guild Wars in the past, please double check the exceptions. There is a possibility that Guild Wars may have been added to the block list after the client was patched.
2. If you are using a router, make sure both TCP port 6112 and TCP port 80 are opened within their settings. Updating your router's firmware to the latest version available on the manufacturer's website may also help. More information about these ports can be found in the following article:

If you are using a NETGEAR® router, namely the WGR614, please review the following article:
*
Why am I unable to connect to Guild Wars while using my NETGEAR® router?
If you are using a wireless router, try connecting your computer directly to the router using an Ethernet cable instead.
3. Try temporarily disabling any Internet security or anti-virus/spyware applications. If this resolves the connection issue, then you will need to adjust the settings on these applications in order to connect to Guild Wars while they are running. Please contact the author of the software if you do not know how to make these adjustments.
4. If your ISP is America Online® and you are unable to use Internet applications outside of the AOL® client (such as Internet Explorer), please contact their Customer Support regarding this issue at
http://www.aol.com/support/help.adp.
