You get the second 15 attribute points from the Zunraa in Seitung Harbor, after completing the Zen Daijun mission. Think it is south west or something.
Ring the shrine's bell if he is not standing outside.
You must clear the valley of the miasma. Think it's called "Unwelcome Guest"

First one you get in Ran Masu Gardens, "Lost Treasure"

Second 15 points is from Vanyi in Droknar's Forge. She stands close to the Xunlai agents.
She also gives you the missions to be able to change your secondary profession in Prophecies.
 
What's currently pissing me off is these R/Necros with their vampiric touch, this is not working, they hit you 4 times and your degen looks like a chevron sign and you're on your back in less than 5 seconds, way unbalanced.

Little wonder everyone in AB seems to be a R/Ne
 
Ahh thanks you very much mate!! But she gives me nothing! She just tells me something about heros journey..Blah ani must visit these other places...(to much to mention) any futher help!

An yes these t/necros are such a pain with that touch nonsense. even if you do crazy damage on him he touches you 3 time in 4 secs an his health is full while yours seems to missing in chunks! Wtf is up with that... IS there not maybe a counter for it besieds being a Ranger an keeping your distance an blasting him with Pin down an so forth.

other from that im useless against 1 of those!

Oh, yes of course, you must actually complete that mission first before she gives you the 15 point mission.
Shouldn't take too long if you have the 3 towns on your map already, Seeker's Passage, Heroes' Audience and Destiny's Gorge.
Think all that is required is to travel there and speak to the different guys in each town that will give you the quests to complete which will allow you to change your secondary profession.

Think I'm correct :confused:

Do the dev's ever add new quests and content or once you finish all the quests that is it and you have to stick to repreat missions and PvP, GvG, AvA?

Yes, they do add new quests from time to time. Then there is also the new chapters like the Nightfall one we are looking out for now.

Tenaka Askari, Played some GvG the other night and got our ass's handed to us. Then Again I had absolutely no clue what I was doing either.

lol, was fun though. Good ol' Brett, every one think he is calling targets and then he pipes up "Who is calling targets", never mind the fact that I did not even know the key to select the called target and just kept attacking the closest.
