Ok my bad. apparently i don't really have to complete dragons throat challenge so no worries. When we gonna do a mano amano challenge just for fun send me an invite sometime. I wanna take on Tau as well.
I wont be n tonight cause i either working late or going to movies. I would prefere movies but work is work ne'

Eish i been going to bed at 12:30 or later every night and battle to wake up at 6:30 for work in the mornings!
 
I feel your pain bra. same here. called ming at work today and he yawned on the phone. we all just saaaaad. I think i'm just getting old. Last night i played till about one then when i woke up for work i felt compelled to log on for about 15 minutes just to check my inventory and storage. Quick question to ya'll...is kinetic armour an elite spell of can i just buy it later in the game. Currently finding the oracle in the game. What other elite spells rock for an elemental?

Kinetic Armor is a normal Earth Magic spell, You can only start buying it from the skills trainer in Fishermen's, Amnoon or Ember Light Camp.
You can cap it in Traveler's Vale from Ulrik the Undefeated (only a mesmer quest)
 
Anyone going to do the special PvP-thing this weekend?

Anyone notice how messed up the main map (M) was last night? Luxons made huge inroads into Kurzick territory!! :) :eek: :D
 
Oh Ja i forgot to aks. I am buying a new hard drive this weekend and wanted to know what is the easiest, quickest , best,way to re-install or transfere guild wars from the one drive to the other. Di i need to do the whole installation over again or can i just copy over the programme files with the dat file etc.
 
What I did was copy the entire game over and ran from the new location. It gives a few options. I chose un-install and once finished you run again and choose "Run from current location". Think that is how I did it.
 
About alliances

Hi there all.
It's been awefully quiet here lately. I have questions about alliances. How many members does a guild need to make an alliance. Also i am busy carrying that good foresaken urn at abourstone for the count zu heltzer thingy. Does this quest have anything to o with alliances? Oh ja off topic myself and budies were doing the celestial mission last night and a budy managed to get a drop for black dye, the first one i have seen. Hes such a cool guy and he gave it too me. i put it on chest armour now i need another 9k for the trousers. What can i say i'm a fashion victim. And someone please tell me where to find kinetic armour or am i still too far off from getting it?
 
1) You just need 1 member to be in a alliance, aka the guild leader. But you probably need to be a bit bigger to be an interesting alliance partner that others would like to form an alliance with. I would guess 10 is a good number.
2) You need to do two more missions after the urn one, then you can reach the places where you can join the Kurzicks or Luxons (House zu Heltzer and Carvalon), that you need to join an alliance.
3) Kinetic Armor (http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Kinetic_Armor) you can only get in Prophecies. Kinetic armor is in the earth magic skill tree. Do you play an earth mage? Kinetic armor can be pretty tricky to keep up. I only use it when farming hydras.
 
there are some south african guilds that accept guilds with extremely low faction points... I think everyone is gearing up for the SA GVG
 
thanks alot guys. well as far as kinetic armour goes i have probably wasted about 10 hours worth of gameplay running around with a signet of capture trying to find it. lol my baaaaaaddddddd.

lolz :D I thought I made it clear in my post, that it was from Prophecies (Tyria). Probably shouldn't have thought you know what I am talking about if you didn't ask again.

A guild needs at least 8 GvG inclined members to take part. Registration closes in three days, so if you are interested, you have to move quick.

And what is an extra "r" between friends. :D

P.S. In the WarGeeks alliance we accept guilds with zero faction, since the aim of our alliance is not to collect faction, but rather to have fun.
 
Sry lildeath. That must have been a morphine addiction relapse.lol. I think where i got confused was that i never tied up the names you gave me with prophecies, but though they came later in factions...oops. I have a budy whose a warrior and he gets owned in our pve battles. What is the highest lvl warrior armour and where is it available?
 
The highest level armor in Factions is available from Kaineng Centre and any other place on the mainland. The exact highest level for warrior armor depends on the type of armor.

With warriors, skills and when they are used is very important. For example, using healing sig or frency when under attack is often instantly fatal due to the loss of armor or increased damage taken.
