Guys I'm back another issue

seems lately im having to much hard drive probs :mad:
i have a fujitsu siemens 500gb external harddrive as of today i cant seem to access it, it powers up but when i click the drive to open up it does nothing.
 
well i connected it to my laptop and it works fine there ... why wont it work on my desktop ?
 
Right click My Computer -> Manage -> Disk Management.

Change your drives letter.

my 3rd drive does not show up ion the disk management so how can i change it?
only c shows and new drive f shows ( 2nd drive )
if i try to change f to h it says it may cause problems... should i still try it?

when i go into disk management i see the following:
Disk 0 - C 232.88 Gb ntfs - healthy system
Disk 1 - new volume F 465.76 Gb ntfs
Disk 2 Removable G
Disk 3 232.88 Gb Not initialized - 232.88 Gb Ynallocated

Disk 3 is the disk i cant get to work
 
i tried plugging in my memory stick and even that wont work i get this message :
H:\is not accessible
The maximum number of secrets that may be stored in a single system has been exceeded.
please somebody tell me what the hell is hapenin
 
What operating systems do you run on your machines? Reason I ask is, because system management's basically saying that there's no file system recognised on the hard drive or it's corrupted severely.
However, this doesn't explain why it would work in other machines. What did you do that you're not telling us?

i am using win xp pro sp3 and to be very honest i did nothing different on my machine besides changing my graphics card thats all i can remember
