This is why third-world countries should not receive any assistance, and should just be left to drown in their own filth and stupidity. Why should it be the first world's responsibility to wipe the third world's ar*e for eternity?

I agree but for a different reason. I believe leaving the third world to their own devices will help them clamper to their feet instead of being helped and helped to nowhere without them learning to do things for themselves...

Erm, when the colonists left they left behind functioning schools, government, mines, farms, roads & railways which the locals then proceeded to run into the ground in a very short space of time because of the chief/king syndrome where the president and all his cronies plunder the state coffers and the subjects suffer. The otrocities/human rights violation committed by their own brothers is way worse than anything the colonists ever did.

Lets go a bit further back to the days of slavery. Who captured those slaves and sold them to the white men & arabs (The 'K' word comes from the arabs by the way)? Their own brothers, nothing like clan strife where you dominate another clan/tribe and flog them off as slaves.

The white man is always made out to be the supreme evil and blamed for every single thing that goes wrong with the black man. Maybe the black man should start accepting responsibility for his own actions and then things might go a lot better for him.

Watch a few documentaries like Post-colonial Nostalgia, King of Zaire etc and listen to the black mans commentary, you can ignore any commentary from the 'colonialists' as they are obviously biased even though they say more or less the same thing.

Yup the worst thing for me is they are making their own kind live like they do. Look granted African leaders are not the only ones who run countries into the ground but it sure seems a trend on this continent :D

Nobody ever wins that president of the year award or something, i wonder how many contestants there would be for worst president :D.

You know a continent is messed up when a man who destroyed a country gets a standing ovation :eek:.

White/western guilt. Supposedly the 3rd world is the way it is because the western colonialist pigs raped and pillaged their societies.

In reality it's like global warming. To ease their conscience over their lavish material hedonism. So they can say "sure I live the good life but I donate to the underprivileged hence I'm a humanitarian not a hedonist'"

You know what the problem is i reckon, africans are only out for themselves well the old school chaps who have a chip on their shoulders and they will rather run a country into the ground than be voted out.

Keep the population uneducated and you can live a really good life while the country suffers but you will stay in power. I really hope as the older die out the youngsters stop adopting this BS approach and think maybe if i ran the country well i would not get voted out. Also it could be they worry about someone coming along and taking their power.

I am not saying all africans just seems the ones that come to power seem very worried about losing power and then just ensure the population is not educated.

Fat chance. Have you seen the members of the ANCYL, COSAS, YCL? Well they are going to be the next guys in power and I don't see the mini-me's being any different to their larger cousins, they actually seem worse. Also keep in mind that all the old guys thats studied abroad during asylum will be gone soon, those that follow have standard five woodwork.

What's going on in Zimbabwe is part of what has been a general pattern in Africa and elsewhere: The most productive people are forced to flee. Not only do white Africans flee, but the most productive black Africans flee, as well. Black Africans do well when they come to the United States and Europe, while their brethren at home perish.

Now how educated does a person need to be to understand kicking a productive force will end poorly when you replace it with useless.

It is this sort of thing that makes me think certain nasty things about a race but i realize it is a big generalization but F man look at africa. Run it into the ground is the african way it seems for presidents.

I promise to serve protected my power by destroying this country and ensuring i stay in power forever.
