Al Andalous is indeed devine. Foodwise absolutely delicious. Fine dining? Not so sure.
Syriana, is kinda on the fence i.t.o. fine dining, it could be fine dining i suppose, food is great, atmosphere is nice, a step up from Andalous.

For an eve out with the friends, syriana.
For all out top deliciousness, Al Andalous.
