I actually bought his property course. His basic course is plagiarised work from Dolf de Roos. You can get alot of the same information on YouTube for free. The purpose of each course is to sell you the next course. Plus he claims he's an expert in every asset class from shares to crytos to property and business.

Then I go back to university and lo and behold in second year finance these same concepts are taught as fundamental ways of evaluating investment spend.

I also applied these concepts to evaluate companies listed on the JSE, invested cash and used the profits to pay for my university education. My question still stands, how much do you think the average South African knows about internal rates of return et al? What may be common sense to you might not be common sense to others. You can get ALL of that for free. Online. Then can invest that R2500 into something of actual value.
 
I spent R10k on his courses in 2006 and most of it I could not actually apply. Their are Free videos on Youtube etc expaining IRR. He's bombarding people with Youtube ads these days. His advice also contradicts Warren Buffet because he invests in cripto currency but not stocks. Buffet does the opposite. Yet he claims his methods correspond with Buffets thinking.
 
I have been getting ads for this tosser on Twitter recently so he’s still on the scam.
