Yes I did.
Answer the question Gnarls.
Firstly, does it matter? Secondly, rich is relative. Thirdly, my objection since the start of the thread is that it is not a get rich quick scheme. It actually takes a lot of work. I can only speak for his property courses as those are the only ones I've had experience with.
Here's what I was talking about. Anywho, make of it what you will but I think it's foolish in the extreme to dismiss something that you've got no proper knowledge of.
Since you've been to one if these, mind bullet pointing a few his "lessons" for us ignorant losers?
The lady doth protest too much.
You're taking this way too personal.
The entrepreneurs you speak off don't need this guy. They are born with this drive, vision and luck to make it. I see it in my friend every day.
The average person needs to be realistic and make peace with the fact that when he retires, being debt free and owning a decent car and house is as good as it gets. And you get there by spending less than you earn and saving the difference.
So, if someone disagrees with your point of view they're automatically a moron, dimwit and lacking in logic? And since you see this drive in your friend everyday is it so hard to believe that I have friends who were financially illiterate and by educating themselves they now see opportunities they were previously blind to? How would someone know they're good at rugby or cricket if they don't even know the game exists?
Also, if entrepreneurs don't need this guy I wonder what your thoughts are on courses like the entrepreneurship course taught at the UCT Graduate School of Business.
You needed Hannes' principles for this? This advice you should get for free from your dad. And your buddy bought property in 2009 and made a killing?? Who didn't? 2009 was the year the property market bubble burst and you could buy houses for really cheap....
Wake up and smell the coffee.
So, you're assuming that everybody has access to this information? Meanwhile the average South African is financially illiterate and drowning in debt. Additionally, how many people got burnt when the property bubble burst cause they had no idea how to mitigate the risk of investing in property?
Sounds dodgy... I have friends who have lost their life savings on scammers like this.
Sounds Gary, sounds. Beyond the cost for the course you owe him nothing.
Good to see that most agree with me. A top-drawer dimwhit in my view. I went to one of his courses probably about 6 or 7 years ago. What a chop. I see he is still advertsing his courses. Cannot believe he is still going - feeding off the middle-class glassy-eyed that hope to turn R1 451.464327 (rounded) into R1 487 983.546865 in less than 3 months, 4 days, 8 hours and 7 seconds.
You and I must have attended different courses because the one I went to taught me that it's hard work, that I will always be educating myself, that I need to learn to run the numbers and think for myself and that in all cases I should mitigate risk. At the end of the day I got all this information in one place and I'd happily pay the money again. He's selling a system which as far as I can tell works. Your mileage may vary but this is all dependent on how much sweat equity you're putting in.
Just like all other "earn RXXX from home in less than 4 hours a week" crap. He also has several websites advertising the same crap. No real info given untill you fork out a few grand. Those financials posted shows nothing other than how he made millions from people forking out a few grand to him.
What a showoff CV that is.
I assure this is not what it's about. All he's teaching is the same stuff that you tell people in threads about rental property. How did you become so knowledgeable on the topic?
