I sent the first PM early November, the second early December. I am sure that gives enough time for a response back, to this day not a word. That is not great support.

From your post in other thread I see that your matter is related to the Honor range.
No, pal, you can't get support from our rep in that case.
Honor range is not sold by Huawei South Africa, then it is obvious that is not supported locally.

Ummm.... it is sold in South Africa,officially by Huawei. Honor international even referred me to Huawei South Africa that is supposed to support it. It is sold on takealot and the hi-online. Even articles on MyBroadband about the launch of the 7x here earlier last year and the launch of the 8x late last year.

Maybe you must check your facts pal...

For Takealot Honor brand is a Cognac. .LOL.
This is grey import from Europe (India?), I am sure. You are asking for help from a Huawei rep.

I think these are 2 different brands owned by the same company. Try contacting Honor on their social platforms because going the Huawei route might take some time

I doubt they will answer because they haven't responded to me as well.

Huawei reps won't be able to help you as they are probably trained to deal with Huawei devices and not Honor devices.
