Hard cap on local traffic

Hi.

I read somewhere that Telkom was (again) going to take away the cap on local traffic. Does anyone here perhaps know when this will come into effect.

Well....according to the new ICASA regulations, it is supposed to be immediate.

Nothings really happened yet, so technically Telkom are breaking the Law, but they are also trying to bend these regulations in their favour too.
