Here is the latest pricing on Hard Drives and Processors which we doing as a Online and Phone in special until 19th February 2009 at all the branches-Please note all our pricing is Exclusive of Vat.

We have had many requests on how Esquire Shop Online system works . the process is fairly simple.
Registered Account Holders
1) Log on to our website and click on the Shop Online
2) You need to register with the account number and details that we gave you as a registered account holders so we can verify before we activate
3) Once you are activated you will receive an email from us to notify you that you are activated.
4) The system works exactly the same way you would deal with any sales person except you can your place your own orders 24/7 and see stock levels and pricing we have also implemented and Internet banking payment and a delivery gateway as a new feature. (Beta Phase)
5) Our Online system refreshes every 5 minutes from our server so the data you get will be pretty much accurate unless we offline which happens on a rare occasion.
6) Once you place your orders and check out an email confirming your sales order number will be mailed that can also be used as a reference to collect your stock. Our Online team will call you if there is any hiccups regarding your order.
7) Please note that you cannot collect orders from Xpress Stores until we upgrade our back office to accommodate them
For MyBB members it is slightly different Updated due to Glitch in the software
1) Log on to our website and click on the Shop Online
2) You need to register with the account number MYB001 or any any three letters and your Full details (name surname ), address , telephone number, cell number , email address so that we can create your own account number, for those of you that are a Sole Proprietor and don’t have a company as yet you can Use your nick ,eg GumBall Enterprise or GumBall Consulting etc Please make a reference to MYBB some where on the form so that we can fast track it
3) Once this is done it normally take a day or two to activate , sometimes less , we normally activate between 50-60 per day
Just a bit of Information about it.
We currently have on the last count 4716 activated users and have already done over 7000 successful transactions since we implemented this system, This excludes our B2B feature with our registered e-Tailers.
