You serious? I ordered it last week and still got nothing. When trying to find out from them is like trying to run into a brick wall and getting a different result.

What did you order? One of my UPS orders is on hold because they waiting for stock at my local branch. All my other orders were delivered in a day or two.

Under your My Orders tab the status starts at 'Received Paid', then goes to 'Ready to ship', then 'Shipped' and lastly 'Complete', once delivered. If it is at Received Paid' for a while, they are still looking for or sourcing stock. I have a few orders stuck at both this and 'Ready to ship' for longer than they got stuck at this status during black friday. Once shipped, I normally get my orders within 1-2 days, depending on if it is shipped from Cape Town or Johannesburg and if they are using Fedex or RTT. Except this one delivery that supposedly got "Rejected by [me]" yesterday afternoon .

These COMPANION branded units are manufactured by SnoMaster and supplied to the Australian market. SnoMaster SA have been testing this “plastic range” and we will be launching our own branded units this coming season.

The cheapest I could find it anywhere else, is R6299 at takealot at the moment. The SnoMaster branded one, quoted above, goes for about R5999 on takealot.
