Feel the same, I ordered one 3 weeks ago, apparently I was denied due to credit vetting. I only know this because I complained on Twitter, still no official word from them. Probably a good thing.

They gave me the same excuse. I had to ask my bru to get it. They called to confirm, then they didn't send any message after that. He called 3 times and they said it's still getting vetted. Yesterday they said the same thing. He used harsh words and in the afternoon got a message saying it's getting finalized. It's been 3 weeks since it was ordered! How is their "vetting" so sh*t!

No idea actually, I mean I ordered my wife a P30 lite from Vodacom about two weeks before, I got the device within 2 days. Thought you know what I've given Telkom a wide berth for 4 years maybe they've improved, nope nope nope.
I remember when my wife got a Sony Xperia P about 9 years ago through Telkom online it arrived in about a week and that was back than.
