You do not want to use an OLED for your PC monitor, the static images could cause issues.
The LG displays has built-in burn-in protection, by dimming the image if it's stationary too long. There's also an automatic maintenance mode which runs after X amount of hours, and lastly it also has pixel shift enabled, which moves the image around a bit.
From the user side, it's recommended to have a 1 minute black-screen screensaver.
Drag the task bar to your 2nd display (standard LED panel) and browse in fullscreen mode (F11).
Using 2 desktop shortcuts that changes your Default display to the LG or your standard panel it's painless to go into gaming mode (Default to LG), or during browsing/arbing times, then Default to your Standard panel, which leaves the LG pitch black until you drag your browser window over or whatever you're doing.
My C1 is almost 1 year old with no hint of any burn-in after 2100hrs. No regrets.
