The LTT screwdriver is actually quite highly rated within its price. But I don't think we will be seeing it locally atleast not anytime soon. Linus really put a lot of research and the current next 2 runs are already sold out.
After getting my Xiaomi Ratchet Screwdriver- I honestly don't know why anyone would spend all the extra money on the LTT one (yes I know he has a cult following) but the build quality/design etc of the Xiaomi IMO is epic and for a tool that's going to live in my toolbox, I don't see a reason to waste money on the LTT one.The LTT screwdriver is actually quite highly rated within its price. Got a notification that the order had been delivered yesterday afternoon so I then phoned them to tell them that I hadn't received it so they should please advise who signed for delivery. One of the worst call centre agents I've spoken to in a long time said she'd have to escalate it because, after keeping me on hold for ten minutes, she couldn't see any details. Heard nothing so phoned again, this time the agent was a lot better and advised that they would refund it due to pricing error. I queried how they were able to have showed the item as shipped and delivered and got no proper response to that. Also then asked why I had to call them any why they didn't contact me, also got no good response there. Looks like Incredible is on my list of places to avoid in future, I understand how a pricing error can happen but the communication around it has been terrible.
