Surely the TV must have a time out setting or you can set a blank screen as the screensaver to protect the display from burn in?
Text clarity wouldn’t be a TV issue if it’s a good display, rather screen size to resolution problem?

It’s not a bad price but it’s slower ram and probably not a hug savings off Wootware, I’m assuming DDR4 has come done even further since DDR5 has launched?
My mobo only supports DDR4. Currently have 32gb DDR4 ram, but it's a mix n match situation. 1x16gb stick and 2x8gb sticks. Not ideal. Was wondering if the above special would give me a noticeable bump in speed.

I am hesitant because of the lack of KVM feature...something i need in a monitor .
Guess i will have to decide how important it is

What speed are you currently running and on which CPU?

Then don't bother with the RAM. It will give you slight improvement but not one that's worth the cost. Save your RAM money for a few years later when you get something new with DDR5.
He's going to need to save quite a bit. New mobo, new chip, new ram... It's expensive replacing everything

Ja not something I plan to spend money on atm. The RAM i thought would be a bump in performance.

Yeah, but I'm saying that buying new RAM now for a minor bump in performance isn't really worth it, given that in a few years that RAM will not be carried forward into whatever he builds next.

Edit: This is coming from someone that bought new RAM for his 2500K and then built a new Ryzen rig a year later.

The 7500 was never really that fussy about memory speed, that's why I don't think it would give a significant enough performance bump. Especially if you're already at 2133.

If you replace the 16gig stick with 2 x 8 gig sticks, you will have a bigger speed improvement that replacing everything with 1 x 32 gig sticks.

When memory modules are paired, the memory bandwidth is doubled, increasing the PCs speed

My girlfriend and I both invested in the latest iStore special: Soundcore (by Anker) P3 Life wireless earbuds.

At 50% off it’s an uncharacteristically great deal from iStore, which brings these great buds down to only R999 a pair: https://www.istore.co.za/soundcore-life-p3-nc-earbuds-black

I’ve never ordered from iStore but colour me impressed: placed my order on Sunday night, selected free next day delicery, and received them by 16:00 this afternoon (i.e. it really was next day).

I don’t need to review these buds any more than other reviewers online have, but I’ll say I’m totally not disappointed: at this price they’re a serious bargain. Decent NC, surprisingly good bass, and it just feels quality.

If you want something better, iStore also has the more expensive Liberty 3 Pros for R1999.

Whats the fit like, looks like they have silicone tips that you can swop out?

Yeah supposedly have a range of different tips in the box. I just mucked around with the default ones and they're good for me. Also the app does a fit test which seems to work: it told me to keep adjusting and a bit more playing around then it showed me green ticks :)

UPDATE: Scratched in the box and confirmed, four sets of differently sized eartips included in the box :)

Thanks, being looking for decent wireless earphones that aren't obscenely priced. Ordered one for the SO
