And now they are fighting with me...not sure what to do , don't have an acer laptop but if its compatible with something else it can be very useful.

What are they claiming, the info page clearly states it comes with the acer cables?
Screenshot it quick if you haven’t already!

Yeah can ignore all Incredible specials unless you phone your store directly and confirm stock. They are definitely running a scheme collecting funds. Will take you weeks of frustration to get them to process a refund. Beware.

They said you have to present proof of purchase first, before they'll check which stores have stock (if any!)
What a scam.

I’ve never ordered from iStore but colour me impressed: placed my order on Sunday night, selected free next day delicery, and received them by 16:00 this afternoon (i.e. it really was next day).

I don’t need to review these buds any more than other reviewers online have, but I’ll say I’m totally not disappointed: at this price they’re a serious bargain. Decent NC, surprisingly good bass, and it just feels quality.

If you want something better, iStore also has the more expensive Liberty 3 Pros for R1999.

I did lets see what they say....what do i do if they say "ok we made a mistake, please send it back for a refund".
Can they be reported?

Not really, that’ll just be a waste of your time, at that point just decide whether you want to keep it or send it back and do what suits you.

I bought one as well, mine also didn't come with the Acer cable, but my laptop can charge with the usb-c.
So its not a train smash. Would of been nice to get the cable as I bought it thinking it would come with it.
The "whats in the box" on the box and the website are different.

Mine did have like a sticky residue on it, but I just wiped it off, there was a scratch in it too, but very small.

Just check that the sticky residue isn't a battery leak...

On the box I got it says 7 hours (35 hours with case). Frankly I don’t notice it. I keep popping them in and out while working, so they’re always topping up in the case. Works perfectly for me.

I ordered it and mine also didn't come with the cable. I mailed them and pointed out that the listing said it came with the cables, will let you know outcome.

I have the Xiaomi-Mijia one and the Xiaomi one. Both excellent with the Mijia one being slightly better.
