SA Samsungstore have the 65" QA65Q70B @ R 16999.
If you want to splurge, the 85" QA85Q70B @ R 32999 is available @ Expert Stores or Kloppers. The 85" @ R 32999, is less than the R 34999 that Samsung store is asking for the 75" model.

Edit: The QA65Q60B is available at Tafelberg @ R 13999. I doubt you'll get a cheaper 65" Samsung QLED than that.
