Even if it was an error. Few folks on carb received their orders. They posted pics of a box of a few watches with the invoice so definitely not trolling.

That post went up at 2PM. I ordered at 4PM. My order was cancelled. People before me could have ordered 4 watches each.

Even if 50 people ordered before me, ordering 2 a piece, I doubt voda had 100 watches kept in stock just to satisfy a pricing error.

There's no point complaining if you were trying to take advantage of a mistake. I ordered 3, order got cancelled, got the refund sms and moved on. If I got my order then lucky me, if not I didn't lose money. I just gave vodacom an interest free loan of R430 for a few days.
 
Working for an online retailer, I can tell you it's REALLY easy for a simple bug to creep in, allowing for more than what's available to be sold...

@MidnightZA has a point. No error. Common misleading marketing practice. They should be reported to Advertising authority.

So take your evidence and report them. Or are you literally just making **** up? Do you know for a FACT that they were misleading people? And what would they have gained? A few hundred clicks on their website? A whopping grand or two?

Yesterday I got an sms saying the order was cancelled. This morning i got another sms saying I will be fully refunded.

People on carb already posted that their money is back in their account. Probably depends on bank or time of order (guessing). Ill wait a few days for my refund before following up
 
Lol @ the people who wants to report Vodacom.

They made a mistake, they even shipped a few out. Possibly, no stock left, or possibly just taking it on the chin and doing refunds. Who cares.

You will not get your bargain watch…

I got my R250 ps4 games makro few years back, my friend had way to much time on his hands and did not give up

That's a good deal, does anyone know how they compare to the Mibox S which is a bit laggy sometimes?
