My 3200 ram runs at 3200, that’s on AMD
For sure. So does mine. But he bought 3000mt/s, and has an AMD 3200G, which has an “advertised max” of 2933, so no need to then go and overclock 3000mt/s to 3200mt/s
 
Is this the bargain (good deal) it appears to be?

Interesting review:
Very disappointed with this drive's cache management. When writing large amounts of data in one go, the write rate of the SSD drops to completely unacceptable values (50-100MB/s), which is slower than most mechanical drives! I actually thought my drive was defective, and will be returning it anyway because this performance simply unacceptable from an SSD in 2023 Turns out The SSD uses 4-layer storage architecture (QLC). The first layer of memory can be written at full speed. After that, the controller has to start reordering the written data into the lower memory layers. From this point on, the speed drops. It is therefore not an overheating problem which could be eliminated by cooling. After the copying process has been paused for a while, some of the memory components can be cleared again and the first memory layer of the remaining cells can thus be written to again at high speed. Theoretically, 1/4 of the remaining capacity of the SSD can always be written at full speed. In practice it is significantly less.

As is what happens with all DRAM-less QLC drives.
See them as replacements for HDDs for where read is more important than write.

I don't think so. No DRAM. P5/P5+ is much better in this regard.

When in doubt, always refer to the SSD spreadsheet (just google for it).

So a while back, I ordered one of these from Amazon:

So far, so good. Decent performance and it's cheap too. Time will tell. Controller is decent, but the NAND is YMTC. Here's the specs:
