Looks very similar to the pioneer htp-074 which isn't bad. I've got the older 72. Great for all in one avr and you can change speakers at a later date just the sub has to be passive.

Also, what kind of warranty does one get with a demo item?

Best is to contact them to find what warranty they offer on the demo units

Found this. Has HDR and cheaper than Hirsch - seems to be demo / clearance items!

Opinions on the quality of this panel, future proofing etc? Would probably do a bit of everything on it but mostly streaming and low intensity gaming.
