If you made a pricing error, be honest about it.. what's the point in lying..

I've had too many companies come back to me recently with "out of stock" when it's clearly been a pricing error.
I don't want to let this go because I kinda want an upgrade, and first-(group) have also kinda screwed me over in the past.
I wouldn't even care if they came back to me and said "Sorry, pricing error, we can't let you have that"
But discontinued and they clearly have in stock with a live CRM system? What a laugh.
So typical of them. It looks like there is interns managing their website. There is always pricing error and when they realize the mistake they will come up with excuses.
