I just phoned all the branches in and around Durban and no one has stock of the Z906s.

I saw some low end speakers, game controllers and headphone/mic combos.
Nothing exiting to me

A couple of jhb branches have one each. Alberton has 2 ... according to the dude at the Festival Mall branch. I'm tempted :/

I would EFT money into there account and organise my own courier to pick up.

That is truly a giveaway price.

Problem is, unless they are talking ***, those branches that have stock all say the units are faulty :/

Faulty is the term they use when staff reserve stock for themselves. They did this to me with a PS3, I had it couriered and a staff member grabbed it and reserved it, next they told me its faulty, sound like the same ploy.
 
Yep, that's probably the case. How do they know it's faulty? Unless they test every single product thoroughly before selling it? I doubt it.,

I'm happy with my Corsair SP2500s and don't really need anything better but at the price those Logitech's are going for they're quite irresistible.

hifi corp has 2tb for R999 from tomorrow. 3Tb is R1399

seagate , 2 year warranty , usb 3.

Not really that cheap , but i went and looked at suppliers HDD prices , hifi was good 200 bucks or so cheaper, with current exchange rate its not a totally bad deal :P

Didn't phone any of the other branches - decided to curb my enthusiasm and not take it further lol.

Also don't need them but at that price ... I could find some reason to need them :whistle: But as I said above decided to convince myself not to need them.

@MartyMarts , too good with the self control :D. I caved in with that Shox boom box with Takealot's daily deals. Not sure why i need it :/.

That's just ridiculous... Surely there is someone at IC Senior Management that should be informed of this behavior and internal investigation carried out..

I Juts called Eastrand branch, dude informed me that Alberton have 2 in stock. thought bonus, called Alberton and was informed that the 2 they have in stock is "Faulty" BS. why would faulty stock even be on the stock register, like come on.

So you go to Alberton and you buy it... and if its faulty they can replace it for you... simple.

I would tell the IC Salesperson to PROVE that its faulty when you are in the store.
 
I went to ALberton IC.
They dont have any in stock :(
The system showed that The Glen has one. I didnt bother to call and verify.
