Hi Guys,

A partner and myself are starting a new IT store in Pretoria. We will be supplying pre-built systems as well as hardware, software and peripherals. We know how everyone is looking for a great bargain. Let me know what you would like to see from our store? What services would you want us to provide? What do you look for when shopping online?

The competition is already intense, what with Rebeltech, Prophecy, Wootware, Digital Sushi, Evetech and many others already out there. What's going to differentiate your store from the others?

Postbox Courier is a 3rd party service available at http://www.postbox-courier.com/ that allow you to redirect eg. your package to good old SA. By telling Amazon to deliver to the Postbox-courier depot in the USA/UK you could save quite a bit on delivery fees.

Back on topic:
Takealot has the M$ Wireless ARC Keyboard on special for R399 incl delivery. Worth it?
 
If it's the one without the numeric keypad I don't really like it.

Tough market to get into... Low prices, specials, and service, that's all I need.
 
@SeanJ to be honest what people look for shouldn't be asked here. Opening a IT shop isn't a walk in the park. The competition out there is able to offer their prices they do because of their market lead. Look I don't say don't go open a new venture like the others did and take a chance but coming to ask what people want is a pure lack of Market research in your planning. Have you analyzed trends, questionnaires? Basic wants? Then it's the question of choosing a reliable delivery system, sales and customer service.

Yeah I did wanted a stand alone pack since Iv got a p's plus card that I can use for some free games.

Your guys honest opinion I know it's off topic but before I do more effort in specials is it worth the purchase if I couple it with the ps4?
