wonder why warranty in SA is only 1 year, as opposed to 3 in USA
If anybody is looking for that Vodacom 100MB/month with K3772 modem bundle for R99, Dion Wired in Hyde Park had around seven left after I purchased three. Dion Wired in William Nicol also had around ten when I called. CNA in Hyde Park also had a few selling for R150. They also have a small 3G router which is marked down to R299.

Yes I think you are correct about it being a Whizzy - it used to sell for R399 and is now marked down to R299. I think I saw Stylus on the box which appears to be the Whizzyy distributor.

Maybe this TP-Link might be better? You might be able to find a coupon to reduce the price further. The Wizzyy looks very similar to others on Aliexpress ...

Second Aliexpress item look identical to whizzy. I have whizzy and Trendnet 3G wifi adapters. Whizzy trumps it by far.

Is the enclosure standard SATA or integrated USB?
So you just take the cover off, and mount it inside anyway? Are they 7200rpm drives with 64mb cache and Sata 3?

That's the point I am making. I remember reading that SOME drives sold as Externals do have the full drive inside an enclosure while others have integrated direct-to-drive USB connections (so no detachable SATA connectors)
Yep, I'm only after a sata 3 connection.

It should be a self-contained hardrive with sata connections.
Remove it and place it in your pc.

All 3.5 externals is sata hardrives , only 2.5 inch is usb drives sometimes.
they sata 3 , does not matter no hardrives maxes out a sata 2 port anyway.
64mb cache not sure ,if used for storage it wont matter so much.
