Thanks good to know. I find it easier to order from takealot with free delivery than trek to the shops
(didn't buy one myself but just saying).That 2TB deal is super good value if its correct - but the ad says "Save R500 each" and in small at the bottom says normal price is R2199!? Even R2199 - R1899 != R500, something wrong there?

I see pg 1 has a Whizzy wireless thrown in with the kindly and called a Wireless 3G router - valued at R699.
I have not seen them priced more than R399 anywhere. IC lies through their teeth sometimes.

Yip, if you click on the special it takes you to the 1TB drive - another mistake it seems. Maybe you can get away with it though...

Did they not get taken to the ASA a while back about false advertising?
I tried. Just got shot down. The law is in the favor of the retailer. They do it constantly and blatantly! They never seem to care or do anything about it! They like the idea that people come to their stores on false advertising. I never buy from them anymore after the bad experience I had with their false advertising (twice now).
Where have you seen it for 399 or less? Cheapest I could find was HI-Fi corp at 499.
