Just spoke to a someone at their office on the phone. they said it was a system pricing error and they have been told not to procees any orders pending a decision from higher up.

First Shop - our product team spoke to them and First Shop confirmed that a large number of products have pricing errors. Their management team are meeting to decide how to handle this and to understand impact. TBH with over 200 orders placed on bidorbuy (and another 500 on their website), I seriously doubt that orders with substantially wrong pricing will be honoured.

Also called earlier and they said the price was correct, but not sure if they checked it...

Firstshop have told me the prices are incorrect and it was a supplier error on the drives, etc.

They are currently in a meeting discussing how to handle this, chances are they will process the orders according to the sales person I spoke to.

Just called... They say there's only 100 laptops left. Apparently it's a special they running... Seems good to go, no price mistake...

Who did you speak to as the live chat support say that the price is in error

Well they better sort their site out quick because if there's any truth to that, we may as well all go fill up our carts.

The items have all been closed from what I understand, they are aware of all the pricing issues.

On their website they can just use the E&OE clause to not process the orders. Dunno about how they will handle the BoB orders though.
