Hi Guys & Girls,
I am new here so firstly I would like to introduce myself, My name is Ruaan and I have recently started my own IT Company “Geektronics IT”, we are still quite new but I believe our pricing is very competitive.

so how is it that the AeroVPS dude gets the ban hammer for advertising but this muppet has free reign....

I think it was the constant advertising spam at every opportunity that brought on the banhammer.

A single advertising post albeit in the appropriate section may bring about an infraction... repeat offences will result in a bamthump I am sure.
 
Poor entrepeneurs. There's nothing wrong with his advertising :/ Put yourself in his shoes?

On the other hand, if your product and service is cheap and reliable, the users will find you. Word spreads very quickly.
 
They should read the rules before spamming the forum. They should go play in the dealers section.

It's called RAS. Do that and then get them banned - asking questions that float around without a mod's awareness to it, does nothing.

BTW, @ld13 thanks for the Nivo links :D Not seen such great pricing myself honestly and I need a 500GB at least on the 2.5" side of things :D

Yup. Went there and picked up the last Logitech MX Anywhere mouse @ R499 :)

There are a number of other good specials too. While I was there, it was crazy busy, though; not sure if anything's left.

Didn't go tonight; going tomorrow instead. Will let you know.

I find that nivo's pricing on the asus 12xx netbooks is really good.

If I see another ridiculous mistake like the Mini 311 again, I'll let you know.
