I have a OCZ Vertex in my desktop and it is many years old. Still absolutely perfect and I don't notice any speed difference between it and my Samsung and aData drives.

How do you get to R1700? To land this drive here you're looking at about 2400-2500. Might as well buy local.

That is with shipping and the custom duties deposit. Amazon calculates it all on checkout. They even refund you the difference if customs turns out to be less.
