I emailed them today because the order changed to the mouse mentioned earlier on and received no notification.

A few hours later and I received the apology letter.

I just got a call from Takealot now, saying that they willing to send the router. I did not even email/ask them to honour it. Awesome

Glad they honoured it for you. They probably bought all the routers from the supplier. Some benefits and others lost out
