Directly to sa, some items does ship to sa even if it says it does not on the product page. When you add to cart and checkout it magically ships to sa.

Got an unused 1 TB 2.5" which I removed from a new notebook in November. Was replaced with a 500 GB SSD.

R 550.00. Takers?

It still smells like...like new. Probably only had 4 power cycles as the drive was cloned etc to the replacement SSD.

This is most probably not the correct place to ask, but..

TakeAlot has an unboxed deal on the Dell P2717H 27" FHD LED Monitor @ R2830, which sounds like a complete bargain.
If the monitor is not in perfect condition, I can always return it.

The question though, comes in with the warranty.
Dell has 3 years warranty on these monitors.
TakeAlot only gives 6 months on unboxed deals.

As per Dell's website: 3-Year Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Guarantee

I phoned TakeAlot to get clarity on this, and spoke to a manager.
According to her, TakeAlot and Dell does communicate before TakeAlot resell the returned item, and Dell will not honour the warranty.

Anyone has any info on this?
