Picked up the nascar racing chair from makro yesterday.

Pretty good for R1299 i reckon. Really nice lumbar support.

I had a R500 gift voucher so that did make the decision to get it easier.

That is and was a good deal, even at R1499 surely? I'm told that the office chairs we have at work cost 5 grand.

I was looking at a more formal chair but even the wife agreed that this one had the best lumbar support among the R1k odd chairs.

I have a Epson l565 ink tank at the office. On Monday did some head cleaning and saw on the printout that in 2 years we had printed 14000 pages. I would guess that about 20% of that was full colour pages. We have only needed to buy new ink bottles once in this period.

These printers fall into the new class I like to call: "disposal colour printers" - cheaper to buy a new one than replace the cartridges (even with the included lower yield cartridges).

Good price.

Transcends clone program doesn't work as well as Samsungs though (in my experience) - but that might be because of the newer UEFI bios system.
