If stock has run out unfortunately they cannot honour it! It has to state that bundle - if u do coe right tell us - check to see if they billed your credit card!

They have not billed me. Lets see tomorrow. This is really interesting

Your order will be ready for collection within your selected time period at Hyper XXXXXXX. Please visit the information kiosk in store with your order number as a reference to collect your order.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please go to 'My PnP-current orders'.
 
My order that was on hold "awaiting payment confirmation" shipped today. Thankfully didn't have any hassles. I think Kalahari's accounting system couldn't handle the amount of orders resulting in the holds since the money was definitely allocated by the banks immediately after I ordered.
 
Honestly dont know what it is, just been lied to on every level today - 3 people with 3 difference responses

1st - fraud so bank reversed fund, confirmed with bank false, was to send me proof of this nothing received - call center agent
2nd - no auth code, confirmed code with bank - feedback was to be given to me from finance - no feedback given - Team leader
3rd - Funds were in Kalahari account without auth and has to be refunded,feedback will def be done today, still niks - supervisor

Honestly the service today has been nothing less than shocking and the lies even worse and being caught in your own lies - i have no words!!:confused:

I have now escalated it to management this afternoon waiting for a response before i go to social platforms

They obviously screwed up by cancelling too early for whatever reason and now dont know what to say, i have orders placed a few hours later with the same card which is scheduled for delivery and i have orders which are placed after that and which are waiting authorisation but not cancelled - so yeah waiting going to be fun and games:p

Seems mine got sorted... i hope, changed from on hold waiting for payment blah blah to in progress
 
I see that Pick n Pay have renamed the it to Xbox 360 and they have also deleted my order...

Edit: Ok it's deleted from "Current Orders", but it shows up in "Previous Purchases" and when I view my previous purchase, it's an Xbox 360.
 
It was renamed to Xbox 360 on my account as well but the order wasn't cancelled and I received a shipping reminder SMS. Sent them an email to cancel the order.

I gave up. I cancelled my Kalahari order completely. Their site is so slow again today.
 
Hificorp just don't offer support do they?
Ignored my support mails ignorred my facebook post, useless on the phone
 
I would recommend everyone to cancel their Pick N Pay order and check with your banking institute if the money has been deducted. If it has you will have to wait about 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
 
Looks like Black Friday ended up being more of a headache than a bargain
