I started a dialogue with them regarding this and other previous unsatisfactory experiences. They did not reply via email for 2 days.
I logged a complaint via HelloPeter (Only way for them to call me - hate doing it) and we've come to an agreement.

Their giving me the Hard Drive after the vouchers for R3250.

Politely declined.

Basically offered it to you at cost I'd say. On my side, I am still waiting to be refunded for the R2,155. Anyone else waiting on a refund??
 
I queried it and they replied, "Hi X

The refund was processed back to your credit card on the 29/09 at 11:51 and should reflect within the next 1-2 working days.

Got a similar response but still waiting for the actual cash. Ebucks had been refunded.

Car cricket... Problem solved! And it helps them with maths :p

But yeah... Kids these days need to be entertained 24/7.. When I was a kid we just sat at the back and watched the world go by. Thinking of my next game I'm gonna play when I get home or where I'm going to ride my bike. If I was a kid I would surely love a tablet to watch a movie during the road trips.
 
Meh, I actually prefer looking at the scenery during road trips, I've tried watching TV shows but got distracted by the world passing by :)
