Are buying second hand SSDs wise? I'm looking at retail vs Carbonite... and you get 500GB SSDs on Carb for close to the price of 200GB SSDs retail.

Just find out what they were used for. As an OS drive only they will be fine. I have a 256GB I use for usenet downloads, I think it's past 100TB in writes.

First of all, it says "Your credit card will be charged for £35.99" on checkout. That is R625.79 at the middle rate. If you use the bank CC rate, it will invariably be higher.
