Ulefone Power 3S 6.0" Octa-Core Smartphone(64GB)(Android 8.0) (Gold) R3,541 http://www.loot.co.za/product/ulefone-power-3s-6-0-octa-core-smartphone-64gb-androi/gjkh-5570-g840

Superb price (and locally available) for the specs you're getting.

My concern would be the Helio P23 Octa-core cpu... no snapdragon, no/little software development / future updates (for the most).

Just went to check on XDA and sure enough, there's no ROM development and they're saying Android 8 is still coming? Also a few other other concerns...

Will hold out a bit longer for a new Xiaomi with lots of development like the RN3/4 enjoys.

Maybe something like this would be okay?

It's tough to find anything at that price.

I can recommend the Canon Mx494 printer. I see its R700 at incredible connection, usually around that price at a few stores.

Reason I recommended it is because the generic cartridges for it are +-R130 at cartridge warehouse. Guy working there recommended it to me because the cartridges are bigger and cheaper than some others.

Also it's got WiFi printing capabilities.

That printer was R599 on Friday TAKEALOT.

Agree, 2hnd with warranty, best of both worlds. Start a wanted ad on Carbonite with what's needed listed, sure you'll come right with a R5k budget.

Thanks for the heads up, been looking for a WiFi capable printer that's cheap to run.
