I'm sure once it hits retail Amazon and the likes will cut the price down. I like the fact that the phone talks to it via BT, so it's non-directional.

I'm sure once it hits retail Amazon and the likes will cut the price down. I like the fact that the phone talks to it via BT, so it's non-directional.
It'll be interesting to see how it performs - I've tried using my cellphone with XBMC - but prefer a standard remote, I even prefer my old MCE remote over the Harmony 1000.

Well, with our awesome Rand vs Dollar, decided to eventually also go for the 300i from Incredible Connection, used my ebucks card to pay for it so that helps too. Probably the first time ever I swiped my ebucks card to pay for anything in a store.
The 300i can at least control everything, but I do miss the macros from the 750 which was a pretty damn awesome remote.

I used their website to log a query.
Harmony Remotes have a 2year warranty in EMEA.
FYI - They did ask for proof of purchase.
