Yes I know some people got the user database instead, but I have received f#ck all so far on any of my mail addresses.

Am I the only one?

I got the user database, but my work email filters picked it up as spam and deleted it before I got a peek. *sigh*
It was a very confusing phone call that asked me to please delete the file when I did not receive anything. I am very sad about that.

step 1 : receive database
step 2 : ????
step 3 : profit!

I haven't received it as well. Maybe I am one of the 95% of happy people (but with an outstanding ticket since June, I don't think so...)

I've not received anything either. It may be that the manual mailling process has been stopped until such time as Sentech's got the proper policies in place to prevent what happened here.

I have 2 open tickets and haven't received anything either.

It seems that only people that dont have Tickets open, got the mail...

Thus it is possible. That Sentech , tired of their problematic Customers *Ones with tickets*, devised a devilish plan to get rid of these *Problematic* Customers. So they Email all the problematic Customer Addresses , Phone Numbers and Names to all the NON problematic Customers....who knows maybe there is one Hitler or one Dahmer or one Postal worker in the Non-Problematic list, that will take care of Sentechs problem for them?....I'm Scared , I have like 7 tickets , and one running since May 25'ish...Mommy

I got the AUP doc not the spreadsheet....and i have 2 tickets open.....maybe i am not on the "baddie List"

lol,

But i think some of those with open tickets did get the mail. I think flyboy got the list and I'm sure he has plenty tickets open. There doesn't seem to be any pattern...prety much like anything Sentech does.

I have visions of the following:

Sintech orc 1: "Ooohh! I just lurve my new Excel!"
Sintech orc 2: "Hey, look how it's listed all those idjits that keep on phoning and complaining!"
Sintech orc 1: "Ja look - I'm gonna try this RAND() function on the list..."
Sintech orc 2: "Great! It's now made a new list - lemme save it quickly!"
Sintech orc 1: "oh **** - you attached it to the AUP mail!"
Sintech orc 2: "No problem - just uninstall Excel quickly..."

LOL,

I think that this thread can end now.

Conclusion: Despite the fact that Sentech is able to send my personal details to a third party without my permssion, they are evidently incapable of contacting me directly. They have not sent me the dreaded AUP, an general apology for the slow speed, a timeline of correction of the problems, a date for the institution of an SLA, or anything else regarding their pitiful management. This doesn't seem to be a technical limitation as they are able to send me mails about scheduled maintenance and problems with the "upstream providers".

The concept of CRM is completely foreign to these people.[xx(]
