Has your Bandwidth Usage meter started?

Beware All!!!

BEWARE ALL

Ive gone out of my to make sure i dont to any thing hectic today....but i look at my bandwidth usage on iburst site and its 560mb!!!!! But then i look at my DUMeter and i only get 56MB!!!!! WTF!!!!! Is anybody else getting this???
 
oh this is F'ing funny....ive logged on with my user name and password and is showing someone elses account!!!!!

How freaking lame!!! If i was a d**K i would stuff around with his account...but im not so i wont!!!

ravilJ said the same thing, he said it looks like some users were monitored before midnioght, and you might have saw someone elses name in your accoutn page if you went through a reseller
 
I went straight through WBS...i just got off the phone with them and they acknowledged their is a problem and they said that they'll reimburse me for the lost MB's and i'll get a phone call from one of their support staff...i swear if they dont ill have them for breach of contract so fast!!!!
 
breach of contract? they really need to fix those images they made saying bandwidth of 1/3/6/9 ...they got major issues
 
yeah, i "lost" gigabytes too, about 4 of them, the funny thing is though my pc was off right untill now, honest
 
they have lost my gigs that have been used.
oh well, their loss, hehe ;)
 
i dont trust them to manage my bandwith, i want them to out source some company or soemthing

Well I think this is to be expected - the cap & traffic miser systems should have been tested in pre-launch - the fact that they weren't means WBS have a lot of rotten egg on their glass doors.

The major :eek: for me is you guys saying that you login and get someone else's name being shown, well maybe it's a question of bad data capture, if not it raises a whole new question about whether our UTIDz are in reality tied to our usernames & passwords, if not you just need to obtain someone else's username & password to connect & steal their bandwidth. The fact that [email protected] is used as a username and an email address means that you can harvest usernames from emails that iBursters will send out.

WBS, please comment officially on all this - as a customer I am extremely concerned about all this.

they say i've downloaded .55gb in one day - and my smoothwall traffic graphs show I havent even done a 15th of that...

sorry now that I can't resort to lookign at webpages to relive boredom I have to find other ways to while away the time
