I have to give it to them, Temu chat support is amazing, they respond near instantly, polite and always on the ball with the correct answer. If only the agents from FNB secure chat could get trained at Temu :ROFL:
 
You guys are lucky with the speedy delivery. My two orders from the 23rd and 25th is sitting still on the tracker since the 6th. Shows handed over to ITT. I actually ordered something from Makro on Friday the 1st and it arrived on Tuesday the 5th. Thought you guys said that Temu is quicker :p

You can go to itt's site and get more detailed tracking there. Same reference number.
 
Here's a question for those who have already received their parcels.

I bought a product at 16h00 on Thursday and then another one the next day at 08h57. My question is, are they going to be bundled together or are they going to be treated as separate buys?

I am asking this because I see they are tracking at the same time, meaning their dates and times as linked or similar. They only difference is their intended delivery times, one is for the 15 to 27 and the other is for the 16 to 28.

Yep, looks like they bundled packages. Received the tax invoice with the same time stamp and the bill was R102.40 for a purchase of R875.

They take daaayyyys to deliver. If you are still in CW, go pick up your parcels. It is what I normally do the day they land on the floor, otherwise you wait another week or 2.

Order was placed on 1 Mar, got delivered yesterday. Very happy with speed, items and price. SO ordered 2 pairs of Latin dancing shoes for about R500 (VAT incl). One pair of exactly the same shoe costs R850 here in SA.

Went there now and got my stuff. They seem very never mind over there. Both garage doors wide open and they chilling in the back office, seem anybody can easily help themselves with some parcels and walk out without being noticed.
But thanks for the heads-up.
 
Just received my order that was ordered Saturday 02 March.

The Aqua-X arm sleeves I ordered is fake. The 6 pairs for R132 vs 1 pair R104 on Takealot.... :ROFL:

The wallet for R32 survived its first 2 hours. Will see how it goes.

The rest of the crap will be reviewed tonight. I don't know if I want to order more pricey items. Probably not.

Please post about decent quality items received.
