Topfast has an online store but their SEO is too bad for anything to come up in search. I might look at using them in future, pricing looks a bit higher than the Temu ones but I haven't got my tax amount yet from Temu (it's not normally huge).

EDIT: actually I just double checked, and the Temu ones are 304/A4 SS, which are significantly more expensive from Topfast. Not that I need that specifically but comparing apples to apples.

Ja these stores have a kak online presence. Boltfast are cheaper than topfast when buying bulk but they only seem to do walk-ins.
 
First order is somewhere in JHB. R90 tax on R750 order.
Second order just landed from China. R340 tax on a R1200 order.

Second order was primarily Clothing so maps to more expensive taxes on Textiles
 
just received my items and managed to test it a bit

very happy with my stuff, when the weather is better I'll give it a proper test

Yeah it might be because I ordered gloves and a balaclava which falls under 'clothes'.. nonetheless I don't know jf I'll order again..I just wanted to see what all the hype was about

I think I'll order a few more things, as soon as I get all that is in my cart then I'll retire.

Checked a lot of of those products at Takealot and other stores, the prices are crazy- up to 5 times higher. Most of them are the exactly the same things.

I ordered a bunch of irrigation stuff.

Builders charge R 18 for one small plastic sprinkler. I bought a pack of 30 of those small sprinklers, 40 connectors/splitters and 50m of pipe for R 650 which was the bulk of my order.

It's insane how overpriced local shops are.

They charge you tax according to your credit rating so you wealthy plebs are subsidising the poorer plebs.
