Having issues with PingTest.net

I am desperately trying to do a packet loss test, but this test keeps failing on Pingtest.net. I've updated Flash, updated Java, opened the ports in the firewall according to the FAQ, and even added pingtest.net to the exception list under Java security.

What else am I missing here??

(If this is the wrong place to ask, can a Mod please move the thread?)

Never mind... got it working. I closed the browser, reset all Security prompts under Java security, and was then able to allow the java app to run once I opened up the site again in the browser.

I did try it before, but I didn't close the browser before hand. So it seems you must close the browser before doing the reset.
