If possible you should shoot full res and then resize as necessary later.
What will that do to the picture or how will that affect the picture?

ok on that LED one above we have the following.
IS0 400
F.No 3.2
SHUTTER 1/15
FLASH ON
PHOTO SIZE 1024X768
You need to put the camera on a tripod, up that F.No for a smaller aperture, bring down the ISO and increase the shutter speed.
The slower shutter speed will help you "get the red light moving across the screen"...
Thanks man, I have an old tripod here I wanted to use but the threaded bar piece that I assume goes into the camera was too big. I have also been quite busy to test the other features that I found by reading through the manual but there was one question on my mind when I went through the links that ponder sent me, how do you capture the precise moment the drop does its thing, your timing has to be spot on?
1/250th of a second if you've got a flash. With the drops, you use good lighting, a very fast shutter speed and get your timing just right (trial and error).
1/250th of a second if you've got a flash.
Or you can play with bulb mode and use the flash the to capture your image.![]()
I want a like button - very nice drop indeed! So after following this thread I thought I would give water splashes a try.
I want a LOVE button - LOL!!
