having TopTV installed in a complex

I hope I am not thread duplicating (on my phone) but basically I need to find out whether TopTVs free dish installation applies to an installation in a complex where the same dish will be shared. Basically I am in an 8 unit complex which has a DSTV cabled up from one dish to each unit from 1 dish. The point though clearly has a point for a sat2 and I imagine its a fairly common setup. Where at least two providers of a sat service would be the norm. I imagine it is a lot more cost effective for TopTV to pay for a single dish connecting to several units but I also imagine things can get stupid fairly quickly with a standard fee per installation and installers going daft basically landing me with stupid costs and an upset body corporate.

Rather than going call centre hopping (and spending money on the phone) I am hoping somebody could give me some light and possibly who to contact.

Try Sats-r-us. These guys are really good and they seem to have all the answers when it comes to anything that is satellite.

P.S. After trying all three installers that I got from TopTV, only Sats-r-us could come to my rescue and they were not one of the three that I got from the TopTV call centre agent. The installing guys told me that they were working on Sundays as well and the three that I called all had issues with working on Sundays.

086 123 DSTV(3788). Perhaps they should change their number to "086 123 SATS" since they deal with TopTV as well.
