I currently have an Hd pvr and silver decoder extra view set up through a twin lnb straight to a 2×4 multi switch then from there to the respective decoders and a heartbeat cable from pvr rf out to standard decoder rf in..
I now want to buy an explora 3a, and wondering if I can connect the smart lnb directly to the cables leading to the current 2×4 multi switch then just replace the silver decoder with the explora and the Hd as currently is? And also what to do with the heart beat from the pvr as the explora 3a has no rf in/out? I would like to still have extra view with the Hd pvr being the secondary decoder and the explora 3 being the primary. Please advise on setup and advice on how to make this possible please?
