Hi guys

I have a Samsung UA46D6400 tv and I am having issues with the HDMI/DVI port.

I recently installed nanny cams at my house and connected the DVR to the last HDMI port I had available on my tv, which happens to be the HDMI/DVI port

The camera playback worked fine for one day. The next day when I switched to the camera on hdmi/DVI the picture was green and fuzzy.

I then swapped the camera HDMI port with my proliant media server port on HDMI2 and the camera picture was back to normal.

I then plugged in the proliant media server into the HDMI/DVI port and the picture worked for one day. The next day I got the green and fuzzy picture when I switched to the media server OS. The tv then switched to a black screen and came up with a mode not supported message, please change resolution.

Has anyone experienced an issue like this before? Am I doing something wrong?

Does the HDMI/DVI port only accept certain resolutions, or a specific cable?

I can't seem to find a resolution online.
