Headset to go with Iphone 6 plus

My OPS manager is looking for a headset to use with facetime on her 6 plus.

She cannot use "in ear headset", it hurts her ears. So airpods is a no go.

Can be wireless or wired, but it must have the mic on the headset! She does not want to speak into the phone.

Anybody has recommendations?

I hate the supplied earphones aswell, bought a Beats in ear (soft rubber) and a Bose BT over ear set.

Both work great!

Aftershokz, even though I still have a old wired model which is on its last legs, need to replace soon.
