Headunit for S2000? What to get

It does not automatically flip down when you turn the car off. You have to press the release button.

o cool, its like a jukebox!!!

Thanks man! You rock... love the pictures - going to get it :)

Sweet! No problem. :D

The big knob is used for volume, track changing (left and right) and folder changing (up and down). Works well, feels solid, but I still prefer to use the remote though (probably because Sony Ericsson failing joysticks have left a bad taste).

Dedicate at least an hour to go through all the settings. :D

I have a Pioneer 7100BT in the Hilux - same principal I think, except its face flips down so you can remove it when you turn off the vehicle - which won't work in the S2000.

Happy with it, but also prefer the remote... not easy messing with the knob while driving.

Never heard of an "SO" being mentioned as a remote before :D :erm:
Sorry couldn't help myself. :D
/runs!

Awesome pics there PmP.

That's a great looking head unit!

The DEH-5050UB is also a flip down hey.

Ty S&B. :)

Oh - thats cool :) As long as its not automatic - I don't want it happening while the radio door is closed, could break.

Dammit - how damn annoying picked it up this afternoon - drove to where Radio Autosonic was last week in Montegue Gardens - and they're gone... WTF... place next door said they closed...

Anyone know a place nearby Century City to do an install?

Thanks - can't wait to be rid of the FM CD-Shuttle - discovered the control/FM Modulator was attached with prestik :p

install it yourself man, you know you love your car more than someone else does

Any progress on this? I am super keen to hear about how the harness for the remote controls on the s2000 works.
