Have you selected the head unit and completed the installation? I also have an S2000 and am frustrated at being limited to 12 tracks by the standard CD front-loader. I've also just got an iPhone and am looking at connecting it to the standard unit as an alternative.

Headunit for S2000? What to get

Installed the one recommended here - works 100%.
Lost the audio controls on the dash though - to lazy to get a harness and have it wired... hardly change volume or tracks once driving - so pretty happy at the moment.
Have it connected to a 32GB flash drive with MP3s (in the storage net on the passenger side.)
White S2000? Seen two regulars around here, an old spec and new spec (maybe 2009).

Soundmatch in Goodwood - R350 (but they had to remove a CD-shuttle from the boot, and the headunit, and rewire the amp.)
Very happy with the front-loader.... don't think I'll touch a CD again - its also red like the car's dash.
Thanks. I need to look into the whole DCI thing as well as I use the controls on the right side of the steering quite often.
I have a 2008 model synchro-silver metalic (think that's the offical name of the colour) S2000.

2000 S2000... fitted with an OEM front lip - noise is provided by a Skunk2 exhaust.
I was going to trade it in on a 2009 last year, but was shocked at the trade in they offered me - now going to hang on to it, and maybe get a 2009 later on - first and last year of production.

Very neat, esp. the undertated front lip. It would have been even more costly to trade--in after Honda put up the price of a new S2000 after they announced the end of production last year.
I bought mine in late 2008 with 5k on the clock - may not be the last year of production, but it's identical to the final 2009 model.
